When we set out to establish Monterra Developments, we asked ourselves a simple question: what does Egypt’s real estate market truly deserve? The answer was not another project. It was a new standard.
Our Russian-Egyptian partnership is not merely a business structure, it is a genuine meeting of two cultures that share a deep reverence for heritage, family, and the meaning of home. We bring to Egypt the rigour of European investment markets, and we bring to our investors the warmth and ambition that only those who truly know this land can offer.
Monterra Bay is our opening statement. Located in Eldabaa at North Coast, it represents everything we believe a premium community should be, architecturally distinctive, investment-sound, and designed to create memories that outlast the season. It is the first of many.
